Grande terrazza nel cuore dell’abitato di Boario Terme. Uno spazio di relax disegnato da materiali uniformi e geometrie rigorose. Le fioriere in muratura seguono tutto il perimetro della terrazza creando una scenografia verde continua. Il grigliato con il Trachelospermum j. rampicante garantisce la privacy dagli edifici di fronte, la fontana in marmo di Botticino diventa punto focale della prospettiva dalla casa e la doccia in inox è armoniosamente inserita all’interno del disegno delle fioriere. La grande area pavimentata centrale in gres è stata lasciata volutamente libera per lasciare spazio alle attività della famiglia. La pergola moderna con copertura a doghe orientabili, garantisce l’ombra necessaria per i pranzi all’aperto. I bordi in ciottoli di fiume sono elemento sia estetico che funzionale, raccogliendo le acque piovane nelle griglie di scarico. Lo studio dell’illuminazione ha una finalità principalmente scenografica e si compone di elementi lineari a Led nascosti nelle copertine delle fioriere, e proiettori orientabili per le quattro alberature.

| Large terrace in the heart of the town of Boario Terme. A relaxation space designed by uniform materials and rigorous geometries. The masonry planters follow the entire perimeter of the terrace creating a continuous green scenography. The grilled with Trachelospermum j. climbing guarantees privacy from the opposite buildings, the Botticino marble fountain becomes the focal point of the perspective from the house and the stainless steel shower is harmoniously inserted within the design of the planters. The large central stoneware paved area was deliberately left free to make room for family activities. The modern pergola with adjustable slat cover guarantees the necessary shade for outdoor lunches. The river pebble edges are both an aesthetic and functional element, collecting rainwater in the drainage grates. The lighting study has a mainly scenographic purpose and is made up of linear LED elements, hidden in the covers of the planters, and adjustable projectors for the four trees.
