Bellezza e praticità si uniscono in questo giardino ad uso domestico. Piante da frutto, erbe aromatiche e frutti di bosco crescono insieme a Cornus da fiore, Lagerstroemie, Rose ed Hemerocallis. Per rendere la coltivazione di ortaggi pratica e comoda, è stata realizzata una grande vasca in tufo, rialzata da terra. Vicino all’orto, una piccola fontana realizzata recuperando un vecchio abbeveratoio in pietra. Le dimensioni del giardino sono piuttosto modeste, ma tutto lo spazio a disposizione è stato ottimizzato e valorizzato. Le linee curve e sinuose delle aiuole amplificano la percezione dello spazio; folti arbusti e macchie fiorite nascondono le griglie d’aerazione della autorimessa interrata.
| Beauty and practicality come together in this garden for home use. Fruit plants, herbs and berries grow with ornamental trees, roses and hemerocallis. The cultivation of vegetables is easy and comfortable thanks to a large and high planter box made by tuff bricks. Near the vegetable garden, a small fountain made from an old stone trough. The garden is modest in size but all the available space has been optimized and enhanced. The sinuous curves of the flowerbeds amplify the perception of space; dense shrubs hide the ventilation grates of the underground garage.
